Taxes I am going to hold the line on taxes with the goal of lowering taxes throughout my tenure. I am going to accomplish this by evaluating how our tax dollars are spent and how we can increase revenue. As revenue goes up, taxes go down. Revenue is generated through bringing new businesses to the city, new houses on the tax rolls, and an increase in tourism. We can also offset costs through grants that can be applied to infrastructure and city projects. 2.
